Year 5 Spellings

Thursday 23rd April - In our first session of PE, for this half term, we focussed on cricket skills with Mr Kemp - bowling, catching and batting.

Thursday 2nd April 2026 - Year 5 had a fantastic final Forest School session with Mr King. The sun was shining and we worked so well together!

This week, Year 5 played a Maths game, to support their understanding of rounding decimal numbers.

Monday 23rd March 2026 - Four of our Year 5 pupils had a great morning at a sports event. They participated in a curling event, learning lots of new skills.

Thursday 19th March 2026  - Year 5 enjoyed the beautiful, spring sunshine at Forest School. Take a look at what they got up to!

In Year 5, we have been learning how to round decimals to the nearest whole number and tenth. We played a rounding game to help us embed  our learning.
Friday 27th February 2026  - Year 5 enjoyed being back at Forest School! They had fun making dens, creating potions, playing on the swings and eating some toasted marshmallows.
